The idea to be sick and rest at home and to avoid work is lovely until you really get sick. Flu is one of the most common sicknesses that everyone must have had at least three times or even more in their life. Even though it’s not serious, but it’s uncomfortable to have. Even if you can’t switch your entire lifestyle from eating junk food, it is not for nothing if you make an effort to at least incorporate home cooked meal, vegetables, and fruit. Any attempt is better than giving up and indulging in fast food.

Exercise regularly

Be cautious of sick people

If you know that someone has flu, avoid any direct contact with them that involves exchanging germs.
