Either it’s fulfilling our mind’s desire or physiological needs, it has a purpose. So you have to find the reason for why you would want to change your way of eating? Find a more significant reason than just a particular event, because only then you can make it life-changing.

Understand that it is a process

There can only be one you. And this means that what works for other people, might not work for us. Know that it is normal to try and fail, you must discover and get to know yourself first to understand how to push yourself to switch your diet. Some people can only do it when they transition slowly, some needs to change cold turkey.

Eating food should be an enjoyable experience no matter what. Eating healthy food does not mean that you have to suffer, this is why it’s important to know what you like and what you dislike to eat.

Additional tips

Often time people fail to follow their diet because when they are hungry or bored, they have unhealthy snacks around. A useful tip is to keep to only healthy snacks in your house, so it’s easier for you to stay on track. Also, listen to your body and don’t force yourself. How to stay away from flu

flu virus

The idea to be sick and rest at home and to avoid work is lovely until you really get sick. Flu is one of the most common sicknesses that everyone must have had at least three times or even more in their life. Even though it’s not serious, but it’s uncomfortable to have. A runny nose, fever, aching muscles, and headaches are the common symptoms that can make doing your daily activities much harder than it should be. Because the flu virus is everywhere, here are some things that you can do to stay away from flu.

Even if you can’t switch your entire lifestyle from eating junk food, it is not for nothing if you make an effort to at least incorporate home cooked meal, vegetables, and fruit. Any attempt is better than giving up and indulging in fast food.

Exercise regularly

The more you exercise, the healthier your body will get. And a flu virus will have a harder time to affect a fit body. There are many ways you can exercise, don’t set an unrealistic goal or expectation because it will only discourage you to work out. Even five to 10 minutes of exercise every other day is great as long as you keep your body active and not let it do nothing for the entire week.

Keep your hands clean and sanitized

Public places are probably one of the dirtiest situations that you can get yourself into out there. Imagine how thousands of people sit on the train, touch the doorknob, and use the money that has been through a lot. We will never know what kind of people that have touched it and how dirty or sick they were when they did it, and for this reason, it is vital to keep your hands sanitized to avoid picking up the bacteria that can make you sick and vulnerable to the flu virus.

Be cautious of sick people

If you know that someone has flu, avoid any direct contact with them that involves exchanging germs. Don’t drink from the same water bottle, share food, and make sure to wash your hand after you shake hands. Best to stay away from them while they are still sick especially if they are not wearing mask to cover their nose and mouth.…
